Drew Shirley

Senior Litigation Attorney
Drew Shirley has been practicing law nonstop for more than 30 years—unless you count the 10 years when he was a television sportscaster and didn’t practice law at all. Yes, he has seen Airplane!, and no, you cannot call him Shirley.
A native Houstonian, Drew is a graduate of The Kinkaid School, Duke University, and The University of Texas School of Law. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for clear communication, strong advocacy, and connecting with people from all walks of life—skills that served him well both in the courtroom and in front of the camera.
For the past five years, Drew has devoted his practice exclusively to personal injury law, helping injured Texans navigate difficult situations and pursue the compensation they deserve. As a member of The Miller Law Firm, home of The Texas Bulldog, he continues to fight for clients while patiently waiting to find out when he gets to ride on top of an 18-wheeler with a sledgehammer.
Drew lives in Houston with his wife, Jennifer, their two sons, Jay and Luke, a girl dog named Willow, and a boy dog named Beau. The dogs—and possibly also the children—are available for the right price.
When he’s not practicing law, Drew enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, and proving that sometimes the best stories don’t happen on television—they happen in the courtroom.
